Make Parenting Fun Again!

P.R.E.P. Bronze provide basic parenting skills training for parents who feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and at their wits ends with their children, ages 7-12. The Bronze level groups meet 1x per week for 12 weeks. Sessions last between 75-90 minutes and cover the basics. Topics include: Attachment, discipline, emotional regulation, problem solving, and more. PREP Bronze participants report improved relationships with their children, decreased conflict and better quality of relationships over all.

Kids Have Needs, Too!

P.R.E.P. Silver offers a brand range of parenting skills and is ideal for parents with kids with intense behavioral challenges, kids (and parents) who struggle with anger management, and parents in recovery from drugs and alcohol. PREP-Silver meets 2x per week for 12 weeks and provides parent support, skills training, anger management, and domestic violence education. PREP-Silver is a CLOSED group format, so contact us for more information on when classes begin.

You Don't Have to Go It Alone!

P.R.E.P. Gold is a 12-week parenting skills and support group, led by a licensed therapist. Gold is designed for parents of foster, adopted, or neurodiverse children with severe behavioral challenges, including those with reactive attachment disorder (RAD). The group uses a brain-based, trauma-informed approach to help parents understand their children's behaviors and emotional needs. Topics include attachment-based parenting, managing challenging behaviors, supporting emotional regulation, and building trust. Parents will gain practical tools for fostering resilience, improving communication, and creating safe, secure environments for their children. The group offers emotional support, practical strategies, and a community of shared understanding.

Circle of Security: Parenting

Open to parents with children 2-6 years old, COS-P is a 12-week structured parenting education program designed to enhance secure attachment between child and caregiver. Parents will learn to identify the child's authentic needs, respond to the need, support exploration and minimize meltdown. This program is currently offered via telehealth. Fees: $95 per session or $900 if fees are paid in full at the time of registration.
